Tucson Audubon is part of a coalition removing giant reed (Arundo donax) at Sabino Canyon Recreation Area on the 1st Sunday of each month through March 2010. We will cut, bundle, bag and in some cases dig out giant reed. Wear long pants, sturdy shoes, and a hat. Bring water, and gloves if you have them. Tools provided.
